Best Restaurants for Groups in Jekyll Island

Fabulous restaurant. Found in Open Table just looking at location to the Omni and menu. Needed a place to celebrate my birthday with family. Our server, Natalie, was wonderful and so attentive. The food was plentiful and delicious. We all enjoyed tremendously and my birthday was fabulous!

This restaurant consistently has great food and service. Excellent selection of diverse menu items and price points. We shared a cup of blue crab bisque and caesar salad. Both were perfectly prepared with great flavors. Soup was rich and salad nicely dressed. We had the shrimp and grits (lots of sweet shrimp!) and the special grouper on bed of guinoa with mixture of butternut squash, zucchini mixed in. A light sauce on top of fish with red pepper pesto. Grouper pan-sautéd perfectly. Both entrées were good sized portions. Service is personable and timely. We would like to try other restaurants in the area, but always come back to Halyards.

It started with our server as she was awesome Holly? The outside dining area was elegant and not noisy! We went up for the rooftop view and I can’t wait to go back when things warm up! The handmade pasta with pesto and shrimp was delicious, topped with perfectly cooked green beans. The wine was excellent. I look forward to returning to this beautiful spot in Brunswick. Oh and it ended with this oh wow crème boule!

The food was excellent. It was absolutely nothing about this restaurant I would change. We had A waiter named Randy. He was exceptional. He was a attentive and friendly. I hope to eat there again soon. I would ask for Randy to be my server again.

Fantastic all around. Weather was lovely so sat outside. Bree was our server and she was excellent- very friendly , efficient. The food was really outstanding from the fresh loaf of warm crusty bread to the delicious scallops. We will absolutely be back.
