Chef Luciano Canova was born in 1949, on a small farm just outside of Rome, Italy. Chef Luciano grew up with his parents & grandparents where good food, using the freshest of ingredients, was always a staple. His passion for food was instilled in him as a small child in his home and led him to attend the prestigious Culinary Institute of Italy. After graduating, Luciano worked all around the world perfecting his craft in places like Switzerland, Germany, and on a luxury cruise line.  The Torre Restaurant Group family of restaurants has grown to serve customers throughout Southern New England with authentic Italian food. We have eight locations, all offering different ways to explore the many tastes of Italy! Our newest location here in Mansfield, is the first location that merges all our dining concepts into one.     Luciano’s our favorite restaurant to celebrate a special occasion like we did tonight. It was our daughter’s birthday. The food selection is great and the preparation outstanding. The service is excellent. Our server, Canadas, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We have had her several times. Luciano’s a10 and we’ve never been disappointed! Joe

    I had the Stuffed Shrimp that was pleasantly surprising! Being from Baltimore, Maryland, I do have a bias when it comes to seafood, but this has been one of the best stuffed shrimp dishes I’ve ever had. Please tell server/bar tender Jewels thank you for the great dining experience?

    Our server, Maureen was hustling to get to all of her tables. She had a lot of patrons in her section and it seemed she was the only server in this large section. She was accommodating with my food allergies. She was also friendly and kept checking in on us, despite being so busy. Thank you Maureen!
