Best tomahawk ever, and not only in Calgary. I guess four day marinading and other magic must take place, still we treasured every bite. Broccolini and mushrooms were great as the sides; stake tartar was perfectly balanced; the salmon crudo had a beautifully balanced marinade but was a touch off. The tying part for it was Tasha, she was fantastic, full of energy, leaving us with the image of our new best place to go to! The blood orange and mango were awesome. Max is the GM. He was very friendly and made us feel at home. Definitely recommend the place.
