Best Authentic Restaurants in Louisville

We love eating here on special occasions! It’s all about the experience. Food is delicious too!

I was there for lunch with a dear friend to celebrate her birthday. We chose a few appetizers to share as we like to eat small plates. the brussel sprouts were nicely charred and seasoned, the calamari crisp not chewy, the meatballs large and meaty not spongy. Our waiter CJ was attentive, fun and efficient. I would go again for sure!

The Barrachi wine pairings with Chef Simone's delicious food was wonderful. The service was excellent and the evening was relaxing and totally enjoyable. The evening was well organized and the music at the right sound level. My spouse and I could have a quiet conversation and we enjoyed each serving. Well done Stella's Cucina.

We have tried numerous Italian restaurants in northern Colorado, at all price levels, from Boulder to Fort Collins, and this is the best restaurant to date - excellent freshly made mozzarella, interesting salads, and an outstanding entree (chicken piccata). We are both looking forward to returning and trying something else on their extensive menu!

We were a party of eight. Not all plates arrived at the same time, which is always awkward. My food was not hot. The beef was not so tender, but if you order a steak, you should get a steak knife instead of a regular table knife.
