Had Sunday brunch -- incredibly attentive service, and the food was quite good. I'd totally come here again (and likely will); it's a great place to go before a performance at Symphony Hall or the Herberger.More infoCarcaraPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown Phoenix•4.6

All three are vegetarian while my wife and I are not. Everyone was able to find exceptional dishes that exceeded their expectations. This has become one of our favorite restaurants in Phoenix and its proximity to Sky Harbor makes for a great place to take folks from out of town when arriving in the late afternoon or early evening. - IIvorvipPhoenix / Arizona •10 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoAs a frequent diner at Tarbell's, I can say that it is consistently outstanding. Unlike other top restaurants in Phoenix, Tarbell's menu changes frequently, and the new additions are always amazing. Last night, I had a lobster salad that I had not seen on the menu before, and it was superb. They keep some standard items around all the time -- amazing steaks (try the peppered NY Strip), but if you blink, you may miss the soft shell crabs or oysters that are only served when they can be their best. We come in often and are always pleasantly surprised. Amazing wine list as well. Barrell-aged cocktails are fabulous. Mikey, the mixologist, crafts the best cocktails. Don't forget about the brick oven pizza and Mark's meatballs, which are amazing. Service is always attentive, professional, and friendly. Basically, I consider Tarbell's to be the best restaurant in Phoenix/Scottsdale. I have been to every "five-star" restaurant in town. We have become quite a foodie locale, so that's a big compliment.More infoTarbell'sPrice: Expensive• American• Biltmore•4.8
