Great popovers. Great burgers. Haven’t had anything we don’t like. Wonderful server, Ellie. Nice manager, Sam.

Outstanding food. Dan our server was inviting, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and wine selection. Best Valentine’s Day Dinner ever!

The draw is the food. Simply fabulous!! Next time we come will have to sit at the bar overlooking the kitchen. Unique opportunity that I can’t wait to see. Pricing is average for a good restaurant in providence but the food quality and presentation is spectacular

Had a great meal here! Smelled delicious the moment we stepped in the door. We shared the Invernale salad (greens and beets! mmm!). We both had the Pork Roast meal and it was awesome! Tender, tasty pork and creamy polenta with Swiss Chard for the greens. Friendly waitstaff and a nice environment overall. Short walk to PPAC for a show after dinner.

Our bartender, JR, was OUTSTANDING. He's made for bigger and better things than tending bar, but he seems to be very happy doing what he's doing, so we hope he's around for a while. He managed a full bar of at least 15 guests, perhaps more than 20, plus the restaurant diners' needs, and did it with a big smile, very friendly manner, and didn't miss a beat in our service. Seemed like at any given time he was doing two or three things at once — chatting with customers, taking orders, clearing, serving, making drinks, washing glasses and shakers, boxing up take-home, etc. But he did it all with a smile and super positive attitude. Bar'Lino really should have two bartenders working a bar that large, but at least the one they have was more than capable of handling it. Outside of the great service, we enjoyed our meals — really like the Bar Bites menu, especially the meatball sliders and pizzette. Paired with a salad, it was the perfect dinner for me.
