Best Casual Restaurants in Clarington

Took my granddaughter for our annual shopping and dinner night. We both started with a fancy drink, garlic cheese toast and then steaks the way we both love them! Another fabulous memory to cherish!

Excellent! We celebrated my son's 18th birthday at the Portley Piper. We love this restaurant. We are regulars and I can honestly say that we have not had a bad experience. The quality, quantity and presentation of their food is mouth watering. From the moment we walk in, the level of service is welcoming and professional. Thank you for being consistent with your Service.

I had placed a reservation for my boyfriend and kids for dinner, table of 5 total. Everything was set. We left home which is a 25 minute drive and when we arrived it was super packed. The very nice hostess didn't have a table exactly ready so she had to call over who I'm assuming is the manager. He was beyond amazing and explained to us how they don't take reservations on Saturdays and the system doesn't recognize that yet or etc. Between him and the hostess, we got a table and we're seated in I'd say under 10 minutes total of walking in. Our food was delicious and mine and my boyfriends adult drinks were tasty. The kids enjoyed their meals, not so much my son but he wasn't himself this evening. This is our second time at this Jack's location and we will be back again soon.

Nice restaurant . Staff very friendly and efficient . It did take awhile for our food to arrive. Both my wife and I had the same comment: food was pretty good but certainly could have been much, much warmer.. We made the reservation ( of course it came through Open Table) and when we arrived and had e-mail confirmation, they had no record of the reservation. Not the first time this has happened with Open Table. Luckily the restaurant was able to accommodate us.

Took the girlfriend here for our anniversary nice place with good wings very friendly staff decent prices hoping to return again on a night with live music
