Ristorante A CA MIA is open every April and closes at the end of Fall. We are located across from the Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church on the Washington Street Mall. We are available for Private Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, and Christmas Parties. The historical building that now houses Ristorante A CA MIA was built in 1872. William Essen operated a bakery and ice cream parlor until 1914 when he sold it to his niece and her husband, Carl and Margaret Kokes. The business remained in his family for over 60 Years. The bakery is one of the oldest bakeries in continuous operation in the country. By the mid 1930s, the ice cream parlor had become the dining room and the business was operated as a restaurant as it is to this day. Our kitchen is under the direction of Chef Todor Videv. We went for breakfast on a Saturday morning at 10 am in November. Very light crowd but definitely was picking up when we left for lunch. The waiter was very polite and attentive. The food came out quickly and was as described and delicious. We finished with dessert. Definitely will be returning to Vintage, we always have an enjoyable experience when we go there.

Easily my favorite restaurant! Our meal was exceptional. From the beginning of the meal we knew we were going to enjoy our night. Service was top notch (as it always is) and the food is expertly prepared. At Cafe Loren the food is consistently delicious. The portions are generous enough to feel satisfied. But not so big that you cannot try something from each course. And there is always room for dessert. We try to have dinner at Cafe Loren whenever our schedules allow. PERFECTION!!
