We hadn't been to the Capital Grille in awhile but we weren't disappointed. Everything was as we remembered from our last visit. Great wine choices by the glass, great food, exceptional service from our server and the supporting staff and they even brought a complimentary dessert for the birthday celebrants. The special experience for two was an excellent value and much less expensive than ordering everything ala carte. There were ample choices of salad, sides and desserts to make both of us happy. Even if there was a wait time, the service was prompt, pleasant and welcoming from the valet to the tables. The ambiance was a mix of beautiful and intimate with an atmosphere that was opened and engaging. First timers were well informed of their options and the table servers were absolutely amazing and always willing to assist you. The food was absolutely amazing, everything comes to you hot and sizzling and cooked perfectly. They go above and beyond to create a memorable experience and it's worth it!
