We both ordered the Carbonara and it was the best I’ve ever had before!! Would definitely order again. Being an interior designer just wish they would do more in the dining area on the walls. Just seems so bland and unexciting. I could definitely see some black and white large photos of Italy and perhaps the family. Mike Skubisz is the Manager we count on to deliver professional, consistent service, Top Grade AAA Wagyu style! We are treated like VIPs every time. Service , food quality and staff consistently deliver perfection every visit. All his staff have remained consistent since we've been going (for decades) because of their respect for his professional management style. The Preston's burgers were yummy and large portions, the fries were hot and crispy and the crispy green beans were tender and crispy. The buttered parmesan bread was so ADDICTING and served hot and fresh! YUM!! We had Jackson serving us and he was attentive, helpful and super nice as well as all the servers in the bar. And Jackson remembered us from our 1st visit, that's just awesome memory. The check-in front was great and accommodating to my husband's wheelchair. Thank you! We will be coming back. We also split a beet salad, and it didn’t disappoint for those who love beets. My wife then ordered the chicken scallopini and she loved it. I dined on the filet and it was cooked perfectly. The sauce was delicious and the scalloped potatoes which accompanied the steak made it a totally enjoyable meal. Service was again outstanding. From the ambience of the restaurant itself and the amazing spectacle of the roof opening, and the gorgeous pool on the top floor. The food was the star of the show as it made you feel like you were on cloud nine with every bite. The steaks were cooked perfectly and every side ordered was delicious. Josh, our server, was the most attentive and caring server we have ever had!
