But what really made my experience stand out was the exceptional service. Our server Nick was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, taking the time to answer all our questions and make recommendations. He was prompt and efficient, refilling drinks and clearing plates with a smile. And then, of course, there was the food. Each dish was expertly prepared and presented. I was blown away by the quality and every bite was a delight. Overall, I would highly recommend 618 to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. We were on time for our 800 pm reservation but could get seated only at 8:30 pm. Delicious 8 course meal but it started for us at 9:15 and then subsequent courses got delayed. We finished dinner by 11:30 pm…wayyyy too late than expected Last year (2024) things moved much more smoothly. If you have time and in no rush then this place is worth it.
