Best Restaurants for Business Meals in Fishers / Geist

Evening started off getting seated for our reservation on time if not, a little early. Venue ambiance is very beautifully decorated inside, comfortable and quiet. Our waitress Lauren was very good, did not push us and separated timing between drinks, appetizers, salads and entrees. Even had the general manager act as the sommelier for our Fleur Pino Noir wine opening where we had a great discussion about wines and vineyard locations of our traveling paths. Food was delicious. Appetizer of calamari was fresh and coated with a very nice lightly spiced sauce with greens . Salads, the Garden with house dressing, and the Caesar, were almost enough for a meal by themselves . Very well done. Entree plates of the Steaks, Ribeye and Filet, were cooked to our liking, complete with sides, and were very delicious. Dessert of the Creme Brule as done very nicely with fresh whipped cream and strawberries. The whole dining experience will no doubt bring us back again and again.

Eli took great care of us. He took time to recommend tips on our order which turned out he made the right call. We both had steaks cooked to perfection. Bread pudding could serve a small family. Service, atmosphere and food were amazing. Will be back

This was our first time visiting Salt. It was much more spacious inside than I thought it would be, yet still felt comfortable & warm due to having different seating areas vs one big open room. We really liked the lighting and the decor, there was music in the background that wasn’t too overwhelming yet still made it feel like a fun Friday night.  The ambiance alone makes me excited to dine there again. My daughter and I shared four appetizers and liked each one. Our favorite was the poke … beautiful presentation, and the rice underneath was addictive. The only preference I would have next time is no Sriracha mayo drizzled on it, instead just a little of that caramel soy they put under the rice. The calamari was nice and crunchy … it had good flavor on its own, but the dipping sauce was also good.  The spicy tuna roll was nice & fresh, lovely presentation. Our least favorite of the four were the dumplings. They were really good, but didn’t need to be served in the citrus chile sauce. Maybe just squeeze a bit of it over the dumplings versus filling the bottom of the dish with it? Every dish that went by us to other tables looked amazing.  Next time I’m excited to try the oysters Rockefeller and lamb lollipops, plus the skillet bread.

We had an amazing Valentine dinner. Ryan was our server and he is top notch! It was a very busy night at the restaurant but the service and food was still amazing. It was refreshing to see the manager walking around and helping reset tables. Can’t wait to go back.

Coming back to Indianapolis after many years we made it a point to come to st. Elmo for a celebration with family and we were not disappointed. Our services Will was charming, funny and very knowledgeable about the menu and selection of drinks ( which wow is impressive itself) my husband, brother and sister n law had steak and mashed potatoes I had the South African lobster and my goodness cooked to perfection melted into our mouths .. definitely a treat and the dessert were yummy as well .
