Willing to do things not on the menu, I asked for calamari with arrabiata sauce and he killed it! So good that I asked him to make one of his dishes with that sauce instead of a garlic broth!! And he did that TOO!! Not usual for a chef to change things up on a weekend night. My wife’s chicken francese was superb! There deserts are not homemade, but the tiramisu was delicious. Always a nice list of creative drink ideas and a full bar for anything else you think of. This wasn’t my first time, but the food is amazing. Only thing I would change is extra capers on my meal. However, my husband and I were so full and happy with our meals.
