The Scott family has always been extremely involved in the local community, including local government. The restaurant is named after John-Thomas' 12 year old daughter, Parker.     The Blind Cupid was a great pop-up bar atmosphere. The vibe was extremely laid back and allowed for quality time and conversations. The decor and ambience (light music) created the perfect environment. I would definitely recommended and will return for different holiday pop-ups & a regular Bling Pig experience.

    Parker’s was excellent in every way. The service was superb, the atmosphere was nice: quiet and sophisticated. And the food was terrific. It’s a steak house so I tried the steak and was very happy. High quality beef cooked to perfection with an “au poive” sauce that was heavenly. I’ll definitely be back.
