- WWesleyIndiana •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoThis was our first visit to Maggiano's, and it exceeded all our expectations. We made a reservation on OpenTable and were promptly seated upon arrival. Our table, a cozy half-moon booth tucked off to the side, offered a fantastic view of the restaurant while still providing plenty of privacy. The atmosphere was perfect, with warm ambient lighting and beautiful Christmas decorations paired with festive music. Our server, Raquel, was absolutely phenomenal. We’ll definitely be requesting her section the next time we’re in town. She was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome throughout the evening. It was clear she genuinely enjoys her job and takes pride in making her customers feel like family. For our meal, we started with a calamari appetizer, along with Caprese and Caesar salads. For our entrées, we ordered two servings of lobster carbonara and a side of roasted garlic broccoli. Everything was served hot, flavorful, and in generous portions. Raquel expertly timed each course so we never felt rushed, kept our drinks topped off, and checked in regularly to ensure we were happy with everything. She even took the time to chat with us about a topic we’d mentioned when we were seated, which we really appreciated—it made the experience feel personal. To top it all off, she surprised us with a complimentary dessert to thank us for being great guests. Ironically, it was Raquel who made the evening truly special. In short, the atmosphere, food, and service were all outstanding. If you’re considering a visit to Maggiano's, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed!More infoMaggiano's - IndianapolisPrice: Moderate• Italian• Washington Township•4.6

- JJohnIndiana •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI write a review everytime I visit Seasons52. This was the first time in a while we had a very short wait (totally worth the 10 minute wait. The staff is always so pleasant, kind, and communicative. I find this is a trait that many dine in establishments are running short on. After being seated our server came over to take our drink order and let us know they would be back shortly. It’s very apparent that tonight they were fully booked based on no empty tables anywhere - but also fully staffed. I worked in restaurants most of my teens and twenties and I know how difficult it can be to balance front and back of the house while maintaining service, food times, and quality. Seasons52 just never disappoints. Our server Tysen was top notch and checked in just the right amount. Nothing can be more obnoxious than an overbearing (or neglectful) server. Tysen hit the mark! Another thing to note is that the kitchen is open - it always interesting to see how hard and quick the back of the house works - kudos to them as well. They aren’t seen most of the time so I think it’s important to recognize that the amount of food and coordination I saw in the expo was incredible. All this to say - I’ll definitely be back as this is our favorite dependable, go-to for our monthly date nights. Thanks Seasons52 staff!More infoSeasons 52 - IndianapolisPrice: Expensive• American• Castleton / Keystone Crossings•4.8
