Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays.     We are from Pennsylvania and were down in Fl for spring training. We had eaten at Acroplis the last time we were at Spring Training and loved it. Unfortunately, we showed up to the wrong location. The staff was happy to accommodate us and we had a wonderful dinner. Our server was great, she made recommendations and even got the staff to do the "Zorba" dance before we left. We'll be back next time for sure.

    My boyfriend + I went for Valentine’s Day dinner. The overall experience was great. Was not crowded - went around 7pm. Restaurant had cute valentines decorations. Appetizers came out quick, still hot. The portion sizes were good. I never had Greek food and everything tasted delicious. I had the Greek meatballs w/ orzo.
