Great experience and will definitely go again! The lobster bisque was delicious and a must order along with the shrimp scampi. If you love roasted garlic the shrimp scampi comes with a whole bulb of roasted garlic on top which was soooo good spread on the crusty bread that came with it. My husband got the mushroom Alfredo and it was so creamy and good. I got the roasted scallops with risotto, bacon, kale and lobster. I loved the scallops. They were cooked perfectly as well as the risotto. The sauce on the risotto was wonderful. I did not like the kale. It was smoky but almost had a Medicinal taste and I usually love kale, but I did not like the kale in this dish. We got the tiramisu for dessert. It was a good size as the two of us split it. It was just OK. We thought it was dense and dry with no coffee flavor. Our waiter was very attentive, very nice and outgoing. The overall atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful, low lighting and just very relaxing. 

Great meal. A little pricey and odd that there was a service charge on top of an included 20% gratuity. Weirdly long gap between the dinner course and dessert, when the desserts all seemed to be pre prepared anyways. This was a special menu on Valentine's Day ymmv.

Our first visit was 2/12/2025 - the Westport Village location. My wife and I celebrated Valentines 2 days early. Atmosphere: Intimate and classy. Some complained it was too dark and it absolutely was not. The music was at the perfect level where you could hear it but not overpowering. I wear hearing aids, so I am very sensitive to loud. Food: In the order served: The rolls were buttery and flakey like a croissant and were excellent. The beef tallow candle amongst the rolls was an unexpected and awesome touch. The wedge salad had candied bacon on it, roasted cherry tomatoes and the perfect amount of bleu cheese dressing, another home run. The steaks we ordered were the 7oz. filet. Mine was thick, seasoned perfectly and cooked to my liking which is medium rare. My wife is a well-done weirdo and hers was cooked as she prefers, but still tender and juicy. I had the maple syrup carrots as the side. They had crumbles on top of the them, cut length wise and cooked perfectly. My wife had the baked potato which was HUGE and cooked perfectly. Overall, this was one of the best meals I have EVER had! Service: Outstanding, we tipped 20%. Pricing: Comparable to Stoney River, Jeff Ruby's and the higher end steak places. But Steak & Bourbon is simply a cut above. This will be our special occasion place without question! Thank you all at Westport Village!

Watch Hill Proper is a must-visit for bourbon enthusiasts and food lovers alike. Their selection of bourbon is vast and impressive, offering something for every palate. The service was exceptional, with Chef Michael Crouch personally introducing the specials and checking in throughout the meal to ensure a top-notch experience. The mussels were delicious, and the special short ribs with brussel sprouts were cooked to perfection. Every detail, from the attentive service to the expertly crafted dishes, made for a fantastic dining experience and evening with friends. Highly recommended!

Food was wonderful we had salmon dish, pasta dish and brussel sprout salad. Our server Wyatt was great and all in all a very enjoyable dinner.
