Great food and great service. Always a wonderful experience - and I am glad the Corn Maiden is back!

My husband and I went to Sasella to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary. Our server was Miguel, and he was fantastic. He made excellent recommendations on both the food and the wine. For our appetizer, we ordered a sea bass fish cake in a tomato soup base. Then, we had lobster risotto with a pesto sauce. For our main course, we had a wagyu steak in a sauteed bed of arugula. For dessert, we ordered the triple-layer almond amaretto cake. Everything was divine! I can't recommend Sasella enough. We will definitely return!

Had lunch here before heading to the day spa. Very clean, beautiful, quiet atmosphere. The food was great, especially the whipped feta with pita and the poblano fries. Unfortunately, we were just visiting Santa Fe, otherwise I would dine there again!

Always a delight to be a customer at Blades!! They are so accommodating and so incredibly friendly and great at customer service. Food is always good. Love their staff-- that's what keeps us coming back again and again.
