Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood.     Excellent cocktails - the appetizer spreads with pita bread was 'melt-in-your-mouth' delicious. The entrees were generous and very nicely presented .. and delicious as well. Overall experience was a great Valentine's Day dinner. Service was attentive, responsive, and very personable.

    The rice cakes are a staple and delicious as always, the Muscovy duck was new as was the winter root vegetables, which were both excellent. Don't sleep on the sauces they are each nestled in, it takes these 2 dishes to the next level.

    First time to Pink Door and it did not disappoint! Everything we had was fabulous, the service was great as was the atmosphere! I felt at times I was in the 50’s with the decor and music which was fun! They even had real candles! We will definitely be returning!
