    I had been here once before and had a marvelous experience. It inspired me to return after hearing about a wine tasting event they were hosting. I loved every minute of my experience at the restaurant learning more about Italian wines; and the food is exquisite! You will not be disappointed with any selection here. I cannot recommend this place enough!!! The wait staff is attentive, kind and knowledgeable; and the owners are passionate about their business and especially their customers. Please go and see for yourselves their beautiful and genuine Italian hospitality!

    My wife and I chose to celebrate Valentines Day Weekend 2025 at the Capital Grille in Southlake, TX. We could not have asked for a better experience! The food was delicious, the ambiance was amazing and the service Adrienne provided was beyond superb! This is my new favorite restaurant and I will be a frequent visitor.     Valentines Evening, The Capital Grille saved it all for me. I had made reservations at another steakhouse for my wife and I 16th wedding anniversary. Once we arrived at the other establishment we were informed our reservation was not there. We’ve gone to this place for years and they couldn’t get us in. I went to Open table and somehow found a reservation for 7:45. It was almost 7:30 and we were 30 minutes away. I took the reservation, called the restaurant and explain and they gave us until 8. Our server was outstanding, the food was amazing, better than our 1st choice. Thank You for getting me out of a jam.

    Dined for Valentines. Excellent appetizers and cocktails! Steaks were excellent and paired well with the Firebirds Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon wine. Service was excellent; waiter waitress was awesome! In addition we were approached twice at our table by two different managers checking in to see if all was going well. Great experience! We will definitely return!
