- SShawnToronto / Ontario •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoThe food at Florette is some of the best I have had in 4 years of living in Toronto. The flavour combinations are incredibly inventive and basically every menu item is incredibly satisfying. Staff are phenomenal. 12/10.More infoFlorettePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• Queen West•4.7
- AAlexToronto / Ontario •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWent for Valentine’s Day and it was amazing. Didn’t feel like the skimped out on portions cause it was a prix fixe menu. Probably one of the better meals I’ve had in my life. We did wine pairings too, it was awesome. Highly recommend.More infoAlobar YorkvillePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• Yorkville•4.7
- LLoganToronto / Ontario •18 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWhat can be said about Canoe that hasn’t been said already. Amazing views. Amazing food. Amazing cocktails and wines. Amazing service. Canoe has been one of our favourites over the last few years, in no small part due to Chef Ron’s culinary knowhow and vision. Knowing that today was to be Ron’s last day we had to stop by one more time to partake in some delectable food, delicious beverages, and delightful service. (All from the best seats in the house, on the Chef’s Rail!) Many thanks to Sarah for the service. Thanks to the rest of the FoH team and of course the BoH team, all for taking such great care of us today. And of course, Chef Ron himself for the conversation, and years of wonderful culinary excellence. Chef, you will be missed sir!More infoCanoe Restaurant and BarPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• Financial District•4.5
- FFernandoToronto / Ontario •2 reviews5.0Dined on 5 Feb 2025Great place. Drinks were good, but nothing new/extraordinary. The appetizers (we ordered a burrata and the cheesy garlic bread) both were really good. The pasta was good, but it was a slightly salty for my taste. If they get the salt right the pasta will definitely taste amazing! The lime tart as desert is a must. Will definitely come back.More infoBar VendettaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• Little Portugal / Dundas West•4.8
- LLoganToronto / Ontario •18 reviews5.0Dined on 27 Dec 2024Vela has been on the list of places to visit for some time. Since Marvin left 7Enoteca in Oakville and took the helm at Vela, we have wanted to get round to check it out. Fortunately today we were able to dine at Vela and it did not disappoint! (Other than Marvin not being in for todays service). The environment is stunning. The food is amazing. The service was attentive. (Many thanks Sandy, not only on the food advice, but the wine advice as well!) We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and look forward to returning to try the tasting menu at the counter. That type of experience is right up our alley!More infoVelaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• King West•4.6
