   Parlor has always been our go to neighborhood hangout over the years for a variety of occasions. We go there a lot as well as, our friends to watch games, chill etc. Service is always great, I’ve never had a bad experience, however, last night the hostess was not only INCREDIBLY rude, but VERY dismissive and had a complete attitude. I have never experienced that anytime I’ve been to parlor. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that level of Customer Service is just not acceptable to anyone, regulars or not & should be addressed.

   We were seated in the patio are, enclosed in plastic. We enquired if dogs are allowed and we were told yes. Two members of our party who were staying away due to our two dogs then jo Ned is. Once they came in, the same employee of the restaurant said that dogs are not allowed. They then had to leave.

   I brought my Italian parents to Parlor when they were in town and they LOVED the pizza!! It’s so fresh and the service was amazing. Very kind staff and comfy booths. The happy hour is an incredible deal and I’m excited to look into the rewards program. Will absolutely be back soon (and often!)

   Wonderful experience. Strong drinks and delicious pizza. Thank you to the attentive staff for providing a wonderful experience and additional security for my guest and myself. Parlor did an exemplary job of managing a high profile guest on short notice.

   I ordered a Caesar Salad and it was disgusting, too much cheese and lot of dressing. The pizzas were ok not for that value plus I got sick from eating that food. Bad experience.
