We understand that you wanted a glass of sparkling wine which is different than a mini Moet bottle of Champagne. I don't think your server Nathan was dishonest. We slow cook our lamb shank for many hours. I understand that your husband felt that it was uncooked and I apologize . You came for a beautiful 4 course Valentine's Day dinner and I think you had a lovely time with your husband. We are looking forward to having you very soon for our regular menu. We also had to pay for bread which is unheard of in a French restaurant. Wouldn’t go back

No, we do not make you pay for your first basket of bread but yes, you will pay for the next one. As you know, everything has become extremely expensive these days and yes, we charge a 3% credit card fee like every restaurant owned by an individual person like me, NOT a chain restaurant. Are you saying that you didn't like our food? Look around you, everyone loves Paris 66! Concerning your server, the service is done the same way as if you were in Paris, the city where I was born and raised. We do not want to bother you. We will only come once or twice to your table and we will never bring you the check without you asking for it. You should come back to the last French surviving restaurant in Pittsburgh. A bientôt! ❤️🇫🇷❤️
