   Crowded Good Friday. Delicious dinner and fabulous service. The crab cake is divine, the green beans, potato, and perfectly prepared steaks are a must. Ask for BEST server ever, Nate, and add in New Manager Liz who is very personal and visited the table. Great night. Thanks to all who made it that way, and incredible chefs……

   Disappointing. Have heard amazing things about Pappas bros (and love other restaurants in their family) but quite disappointed in our experience. Yes, it’s expensive (but expected this like most steak houses). Environment is pretty dated (but fine). Waiter was quiet talker and not engaging and barely checked on us. Filet ordered medium rare+ was blatantly rare. Sent back and asked just to out on for a minute. Came back 10 min later (after others ate meal) and came back medium well. :-( With all other choices, would not go back

   One of the best steak houses I have ever been to. Everything was cooked to perfection and all of the participants had similar comments. A great overall experience.

   Fantastic Service, Food and Atmosphere. Nate is the best server ever, so observant and kind. Had delicious Corn and Poblano Soup which is so delicious. Added Filet, Green Beans, and Au Gratin Potatoes. Divine. Bread, best in Dallas. Last night there was a new manager, I believe Liz, who introduced herself and was extremely personable. Great night overall. Pappas still the best!!!

   Recently celebrated a milestone wedding anniversary :) Gaspar was wonderful and ensured we had a memorable evening! Will definitely be requesting him again in the future! Simon (Sommelier) was fantastic and made on-point recommendations to compliment the meal! Phenomenal evening overall!
