   Lovely experience! Thank you. We had a reservation for 6 and the guests brought their kids and we need a bigger table for 8. The manager was very accommodating!

   This restaurant operates on the basis of the traditional Brazilian steakhouses by which you serveurs come to your table and offer you as much meat as you can eat. Most of the meats were quite tasty. We had a Brazilian red wine (a first for us) that was pretty decent. There is also an extensive salad bar which was good. The servers were friendly and very efficient. This restaurant is big and fairly noisy because of the acoustics of the place. But it’s not necessarily unpleasant per se because it generates an energetic ambiance that is not without its charms, but let’s just say that you don’t go there with the objective of having a quiet conversation. It’s offers a different type of vibe.

   I understand that it’s a steakhouse and we are in Alberta but most of the hot dishes on the salad bar had beef in them which is excessive! There was already 6 different cuts of beef on the bbq and the options of other meats was not great, most of the pork was chewy, except bacon wrapped tenderloin and chorizo wasn’t even available when we visited. You need to add more lamb cuts and chicken! Having options allows more people to enjoy and experience Brazilian food.

   We had our work Christmas dinner here. Food was good. Service was ok. The frustrating part at the end of our dinner, while waiting for our server so we can pay our bill, I got hit by a flying cork. It hit the top of my left shoulder, 2 days after , my shoulder still hurts and feel so bruised from the inside. Accidents do happen, I get that, but why will you open a bottle of wine with so much people like that night and even you point that bottle upwards. The manager offered us free dessert which we didn't need, but thank you. I went home with frustration because I only want a dinner but not a hurting shoulder.

   Pampa is definitely an experience. The food is fantastic but the wait staff feel very unpolished.

    When I go to Pampa, my focus is on the meat, and traditional foods like rice and feijoada with farofa, Brazilian cheese bread, Caipirinha or Guarana. I love their salad bar variety, but in Rodizio, I stick with their specialty, that's what I am there for. Delicious, and good value when you consider the variety of meats, and salad bar offerings. As for the service, I have never been disappointed, it's always great, and I enjoy that you can indicate if you want to keep the meat coming or you need a stop.
