    So disappointed. I’ve been a long-standing customer for many years and this was the worst experience I have had. Our waiter was inattentive and we had to ask back up wait staff for water, silverware, etc. The hostess could not have been more unpleasant and unwelcoming. Zero personality. This restaurant needs needs to understand that hospitality is still essential for a Mexican restaurant in San Antonio. You do not rule the roost.

    We sat in the last section of the restaurant. There were two families with children and I love kids but..the screaming between the two tables and the children running was so loud it was hard to have a conversation. Maybe they need to just seat those parties back in that area and others toward the first dining area of the restaurant. I was happy the children were having a great time, almost like at a playground. The food and service was excellent, as always.

    We went to Paloma Blanca for my mother‘s birthday and it was a great experience. We were welcomed quickly and seated quickly. We each ordered something different so we could share. Carol , our server, was amazing and was very attentive. We enjoyed our time there for her birthday and will definitely come again. Highly recommend
