Next time I will request a table in the dock. I wish I could remember our waiters name so that I could request him again because he was amazing very attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. We went last night and I’ve already suggested Palmetos to two other couples. Definitely worth the 90 minute drive

Wonderful as always. I love the buffet, and the cherry amaretto king cake, wish the shrimp etouffe stayed in the buffet the entire time.

Impressive is the word that comes to mind. I usually steer clear of buffets because the quality of the food is usually sub-par. This was not the case at Palmettos. We were there for the Sunday jazz brunch. The selection of breakfast and lunch items were nothing but impressive. I tried as manny choices as my stomach would hold (a personnal pittfall with me and buffets) and everything deserved seconds except I always wanted to try something different. The setting was beautiful as well. We sat outside on the deck surrounded by cypress trees and next to the Bayou Bonfouca.

Came in to New Orleans from Southern California and was looking for an amazing place for a Jazz Brunch. We uber’d out to this place and it was worth every dime. Every drop of the experience was spectacular! Amazing food, atmosphere, service, etc. This place is absolutely amazing!! We happened to catch a local mardi gras parade as well. The entire experience was so wonderful.

We went for the Sunday jazz brunch. The food was just ok. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. For the price, I think it should have been better.

The service was amazing and the food was good. I do feel that the prices were a little too high. The atmosphere on the patio was very nice and aesthetic. It was cold outside, so I was nervous sitting outside, but they had heaters and a screen to block wind. It was very nice, but a little pricy.

The Jazz Brunch was amazing. There were many many choices of breakfast dishes as well as local favorites like etouffee, gumbo ad shrimp. Drinks were good and the beignet lagniappe was a nice touch.
