One of the best meals ever. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary together and I reserved a table for us at the original Roy’s. We were treated extremely well n our waiter was exceptionally nice and friendly. We started with a pair of Hawaii martini’s. Excellent! We then split the Brussels sprouts as an appetizer. We then ordered the trio fish plate that we just fell in love with. To cap it off we had the upside down pineapple cake. Overall just an amazing dinner! Highly recommend this place!!

We really expected more from Roy’s. First of all I have to say the service was excellent! We requested the lounge area as it’s a lot quieter and very comfortable setting. The lows were unfortunately the food. The menu seemed limited, the combo fish trio was disappointing, the blackened ahi had very little taste, the miso butterfish was also lacking taste, and the crusted macadamia nut mahi was very salty. We also had the crispy whole snapper which we have to say was very good. I would suggest maybe expanding the menu would be an improvement and more consistency in the food prep? I again would like to mention the staff was terrific! From the hostess to our wait staff they were very accommodating and friendly!

The food is excellent at Roy's, with some new items on the menu (we've eaten there numerous time before). Our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive, and we especially note that the tasting menu was a real value for all that it includes.

Kenneth was an excellent server and the manager Makani came around to see how our dinner was going. The sashimi was excellent, my fried Tai was excellent, and my wife enjoyed the fish trio. The desserts were tasty and capped off the dinner perfectly. We are definitely planning to come back when we have the chance.

Service was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Wait staff was attentive. The red snapper was beautifully presented, nicely deep fried, but the sauce was too salty. I appreciated the addition of limu.
