If purchasing a dining experience package, tickets to the observatory are included! Your tickets can be picked up at the Guest Services desk in the lower lobby of One World Observatory.
For all patrons, we recommend arriving at least 45 minutes prior to your set reservation time to truly enjoy your dual access to ONE Dine and One World Observatory!
Reservations will be held for up to 15 minutes after set reservation times.

An excellent First Date place to go. The view is priceless. The Happy Hour package is an excellent value. Experience, cocktails and small plates. Perfect. Seek out Nicole. She is the best bartender. Tell her it your first date. Enjoy.

Hostess, Josephina and her team did an excellent job with recommendations, hospitality, and service! The food was delicious and unique. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy and cloudy when we visited, but guest services were nice enough to issue free return tickets! 10/10 experience!

We had a reservation at 7PM, due to bad weather conditions, the restaurant contacted me. We were able to move the reservation to 5PM. Shortly after we arrived the sky cleared up and we got an amazing view! The servers were all kind and the food tasted really good! It was a special experience!

Unfortunately we went on a rainy day, no visibility. We were ok with it, because we had to reschedule. but the food was not all that great The appetizers were good but not the main dishes. I ordered a steak med-rare and it came out almost well done

La experiencia de comer en el piso 101 del One World Trade Center es increíble las vistas valen un poco la pena la pésima actitud del personal, nos toco un poco restringido ya que nos asignaron una mesa donde hay un muro pero aún así pudimos apreciar la vista, el pollo con una cocción excelente y la piel perfectamente dorada, la pasta buena pero no espectacular. Como experiencia es increíble pero no volvería a comer en este lugar.

The food was very good . The service was not very very slow . Our waiter was very nice but we barely saw her. Also we waited 30 minutes to be asked what we wanted
