Why they're an Icon

Executive chef: Jennifer Chow

From the OpenTable editors: Come to legendary chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s Caesars Palace spot for the refined Japanese-inspired dishes that made the restaurant a global phenomenon. Dressed with lanterns and natural wooden accents, the elegant dining room sets the stage for a decadent meal of knockout sushi along with Nobu classics like miso black cod. For a full-on celebration, get the omakase menu, prepared tableside on teppanyaki grills.

Review summary

AI-generated from verified diner reviews
Nobu at Caesars Palace Las Vegas offers a sensational dining experience with "amazing food" and "world-class service." Standout dishes like the Black Cod Miso and Yellowtail Jalapeño complement a diverse menu. The ambiance blends elegance with energy, though it's noted for being "a bit noisy." Overall, a "top notch" destination for exquisite Japanese cuisine.

Food was amazing and everybody enjoyed their dishes. We had lobster, lamb, cod, chicken, rock shrimp (can't remember exact names). Also 4 different desserts. Every dish was a hit and my family really enjoyed everything. The one low point was the service. The server was knowledgeable but did seem a bit irritated. We also ordered a white rice for the child at the table and somehow it was the absolute last thing to hit the table after several requests (somehow after everything). It was thanksgiving though so maybe things were a bit busy. Everyone else (food runner, bussers) was great. I would definitely recommend but definitely temper expectations with the service. Our total bill was ~650$ (around 800 after tip). I think the food itself was worth the money for a one time special event. I don't if I would casually return based on the service experience though.

As always, a wonderful experience. We wanted to dine somewhere different for Thanksgiving, and we were not disappointed. Highly recommend the wagyu. The server put together a platter of his favorite sushi creations, and it was fabulous. Especially the sea urchin!

Good food though a bit pricey for what you get. Portions are small.

Excelente Restaurant, sugiero fotos en la carta o una carta digital con fotografía de los platillos, me preguntaron si festejaba algo en especial cuando realicé la reservación, les dije que mi aniversario pero no hicieron nada, mejor no deben de preguntar. Excelente servicio.
