   Our server, Russ, was very friendly, professional & attentive. Our dinner was delicious. One friend had the tomahawk steak & ate the entire thing by himself. The rest of us had the petite filet mignon. Plus wedge salad & a loaded baked potato. Yum.

   We have been customers for years. Steak was tasteless, tough. Not the same quality. Noise level was beyond. You could not hear someone sitting next to you. Service was not good. Slow. Inattentive. Obviously too many people, too many stations to handle for the team. One of them was wearing a mask. Very uncomfortable feeling from a customer point of view. Second time we have been there that they had NO REGULAR COFFEE!!! Server actually brought me a cup of decaf without even checking with me first. I do not drink decaf and had to immediately send it back. If the restaurant was not delivered coffee, then they could send someone to the grocery store a quarter mile away and purchase some. Ridiculous. Salmon served to my husband had some type of breading on it. He said it was terrible. This use to be our favorite place. No longer.

    Our favorite Boca area Steakhouse. For our Anniversary last week our request for a certain table was honored. Superb service from staff and Adam G. in particular. Management unobtrusively checked on us. Clientele from 30 on up in age. Music (keyboard and voice) at an enjoyable level - well performed. My gulf oysters were about as good as I’ve ever had - and I lived in NOLA many years! We shared a larger Strip ordered and properly prepared Rare. IMO if you order a steak Medium or Well you don’t appreciate fine prime beef. We opted for the onion strings which were fine. Sorry I didn’t get our usual lyonnaise hash brown potatoes in addition. We also did not inform NYP of our special occasion wherein they usually comp a dessert, which we didn’t want, because we would have eaten it. Dinner before gratuity about $130. Complimentary valet. Going back in 2 weeks for another celebration.
