Lovely food ...!!! shame there wasn't more staff only 2 working the bar & serving meals waiting time for drinks & food was to long.

The occasion was to celebrate our wedding anniversary, fab service and meal. Always a good choice for a special occasion 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The only mark down was that one of the party's drinks was forgotten so we had to chase it up. Also my melon came with lemon sorbet yet that's the same flavour as the sorbet offered for dessert. Just construction criticism but all in all very good indeed.

The dining area was clean and well laid out, staff were very attentive and obliging with every need and there was a wide range of beverages available. Diners were treated to a choice of dishes from the menu or a carvery with three choices of meat and all the usual trimmings and vegetables. We chose the steak and mixed grill meals from the menu and were overwhelmed by the quantity and quality of the food for a very reasonable cost. The steak was tender and cooked to the desired level requested. There is a large covered seating area and an extensive car park so plenty of room. Well worth a visit and we will be returning in the future.

The steak was very good and I'm told local, it was on specials and was priced very reasonable house red went down well too, thank you !
