This was an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was fabulous and our waiter. Spencer was kind and caring the entire time. This was overall wonderful experience.

We have been dining at One Coastal for many years, predating the arrival of James Beard Award Finalist Chef Matt Kern. We were so delighted that after One Coastal changed hands we were able to enjoy the same unrivaled, creative, fresh Delaware cuisine. Tonight our family ordered the duck and the rockfish. Both were expertly executed. The flavor profiles of both dishes were unusual, cohesive, and delightful. My husband and I both enjoyed our cocktails, a Duchess and a Ryanhatten. We ate in the bar/lounge which is much more cozy than the dining room. The food was great, the server/bartender was excellent and we had a great time!

The food is excellent. Every dish we had was phenomenal. The service was spotty as it took a while for the waiter to get our drink order. We never got bread that comes with every meal, drink refills were slow and never got the last one we asked for. For a fine dining experience service should be very good for $40-50 entrees. The portions are large and we left full. The cooks knocked it out of the park. We will go back and hope to eat in the main dining room next time.

All you can eat special was so so good. Great value. Pleasant service from all of the staff.
