- AAlanLondon •13 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoA friendly and welcoming staff, very attentive and professional. Food/wine/beer was good and the view over the (frozen!) lake with the sun shining on it was a delight. Not cheap - but decent value for money for a special lunch with friends. Highly recommended.More infoCentral Park BoathousePrice: Very Expensive• Continental• Upper East Side•4.6
- SShakilNew York City •2 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoI like the place.. It looks nice, but way too little space and too many tables. I had to get up from the chair for other people to go.. it was so tight space. They should change that. Make a little more room your coustmer. Another thing that I didn't like was I had reservation for 2 people and told them to get us a place away from door and on the corner yet they didn't hold a table for us so what was the point of making reservations if you're not going to hold a table for us. We came, and they had 3/4 table left in the dining room. All are next to the door. I myself work in restaurant and when I check the reservations on OpenTable in my work place we read the what coustmer wants and then we reserve the table for them not wait til them to come and give the leftover table.. Manger; need to notice that, please. Besides that, food, drink and service was great. Will i be back.. I'm not sure. Maybe if they fix this issue, I might be back for food otherwise no I don't think I will back.More infoBlue Mezze BarPrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• Upper East Side•4.5

Discover Upper East Side
Just a few years back, the stately neighborhood near Central Park was mostly stale, white-tablecloth spots with very little to attract the foodie set. Well, times have changed, and the area has a slew of fresh places to experience. Not-too-fancy French brasseries include favorites without the stuffiness, California-inspired fish tacos bring a golden glow to winter afternoons, and creative tavern fare undo the top button. But since this is the UES, there are still high-end sushi institutions. Uptown is still refined in its inimitable way, it’s now just a bit more accessible and vibrant, just like a foie gras mini taco.
