West Yellowstone Restaurants

Last night we headed to Fielding's to celebrate a milestone anniversary in our engagement. We were greeted and shown our table when we arrived for our reservation. The ambiance of this place was very nice! I loved the art work, the pops of green throughout the restaurant, and I loved the silverware. The menu is curated perfectly. Maybe a little on the higher end but every bite is worth the money you will spend on it. Save room for dessert! The chocolate mouse cake with cookies and cream ice cream was a nice way to finish the meal! Portion sizes are perfect. I had the pasta bolognese and he had the chicken entree. 10/10. We want to say thank you to our awesome server Maxx. He was very attentive to the table, friendly, quick, and ensured we had a great night out. As locals, we look forward to our next trip to Fielding's!

I would highly suggest eating here as often as you can! The food and the service is so exceptionally consistent. The short rib hummus is to die for the whipped Greek feta salad divine and the gnocchi. Oh my lord. Plus to top it off they offer cannolis which is very hard to find it. Any restaurant in Bozeman? They are large and full of packed flavor. If there's two of you you only need one!

Visited on Valentine’s Day around 6:30. Was busy but received excellent service, being quickly greeted at the door and again at our table. Food was delivered fairly quickly and was delicious! Ordered the salmon, bison, potatoes, and brussels. Really enjoyed our meal and both commented on how we should have eaten at Open Range must sooner. Still talking about meal this morning and how we will need to go back!

This was our first visit to Brigade. The service was excellent, the wait staff did a great job. Food came out quickly. The beef rib was amazing. The filet was cooked perfectly and was very good. Overall we enjoyed our meal and will visit again in the future.

We were super impressed with the quality of the food and service by Taylor was exceptional. She was so kind, personable & highly attentive to us. The dry rub on the wings were fantastic! We will be back when we visit our little bobcat again! Yay, MSU!
