We were given a glass of their delicious Twinkles in honor of our anniversary! We had the crab dip appetizer which is so delicious! My husband tried a lunch special, beer battered halibut which was as light as air and melt in your mouth! This came with a side of crispy French fries. I had the chicken pesto flatbread which was also very tasty! I had a glass of their Devil’s Hill wine and I highly recommend this earthy red! We love the ambience and quality of this family winery! James, our server, took wonderful care of us and ensured our experience was nothing but phenomenal. Food quality, preparation and presentation are top notch. My husband and I celebrate our anniversary and my birthday here every year. In fact, we had our wedding reception here too! This is the only class act, old school restaurant around! We learned specific characteristics of each grape along with some details of their wine making process such as when the grapes are harvested and what type of barrel is used and why. Also interesting is how the wines were named. After our tasting, we enjoyed one of the featured wines with some delicious appetizers by the cozy fire.
