I like a filet or a NY strip but tonight Jay recommended the Wagyu Bone In Kansas City Strip and I’m glad he did. It was the best tasting steak that I’ve had in a long time. It was cooked (MR) and seasoned perfectly. It truly melted in your mouth. I had to forgo most of my potato so that I could finish that 18oz beast. It has now set the standard. My wife had a salad and a filet both of which were prepared perfectly. The highlights of the evening were Jay and that Wagyu. I can't express how wonderful this place is. From outstanding customer service to amazing fanomomial food 👌 the saxophone 🎷 atmosphere and him alone topped off the night. The timing Of the food coming out in between appetizers, drinks and main course were all in great timings.
