Red snaper meal was fine and large fish portion. Octopus meal was disappointing as the octopus were very thin. We had a great table with an outstanding open view of Chavon River and all the nature surrounding Altos de Chavon. Service was attentive and kind. We ordered many items from the menu - ramen, sushi, sashimi, teriyaki, gyoza, fried rice, and bao buns being just some of the great dishes we enjoyed.
