They were having a big party in the back room, so service was not as well as I would expected. All servers seem to go in and out of the party room. But everything else was fabulous. Discover Loomis
With historical roots along Highway 40, Loomis, California, is where people pride themselves on the use of organic, fresh ingredients in a diverse food scene where farm-to-table is huge. Seared king salmon served with roasted cherry tomatoes, arugula, romesco, and tempura squash blossoms is just one example of the dishes available in casual dining establishments across the city. Upscale California foods like Caprese salad, Wagyu Beef, pesto polenta, and fire-roasted octopus await those who enjoy sampling local fare. For something a little more exotic, Chinese Mongolian baby back ribs in a plum sauce with pepper is more along the lines of an excellent meal. You may also find that modern European cuisine, like whole blackened prawns served with beignets and a glass of wine, is in order.
