Every dish was excellent and had unique flavors. The ambiance was elevated casual and the service was outstanding. We can’t wait to come back next season to try new menu items. From beginning to end the Bistro’s staff ensured each diner - ranging from 4 to 72 in age - was always satisfied with food and drink. Debra orchestrated everything from arrival charcuterie followed by simple salad then individual entrees. Needing extraordinary compliments was having pomme frites in front of the 4 year old seemingly within minutes of seating. Each course was delicious with special ‘shout out’ to the roasted dates, gravlax salmon and strawberry pavlova at dessert. They thoroughly enjoyed every bite. We each had a different dish and everything absolutely loved their meal. The food was phenomenal as usual and we made an instant reservation while there for next month. Service phenomenal, food phenomenal and of course the owner came out to speak a little Italian to us and wish us the best for the holidays. Cannot wait to go back.
