- MMattIowa •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThis was our first time at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort and the Wind & Waves Grill. Our meals were fantastic and the service was nothing short of amazing. Our server, Daniel, provided us with service beyond expectations. They made a salad that was not on the menu for our daughter and she loved it. Our experience was light-hearted, personal, and we will be back. Thank you for an incredible dining experience.More infoWind & Waves Grill - Disney's Vero Beach ResortPrice: Moderate• American• Vero Beach•4.7

Discover Sebastian
Food in Orlando isn't limited to just amusement park and hotel fare. For local flavor, head to Sebastian. Here, executive chefs take their cues from regional and global cuisine. Dishes that are traditionally thought of as heavy meals, like Jamaican jerk chicken and pork belly tacos, become lighter and sometimes even sweeter. Sebastian takes its place as a true Floridian seafood neighborhood with conch and snapper appearing on many menus. The most recent introduction to Orlando's food scene is Floribbean, a play on Florida and Caribbean. Seafood gumbo and mofongo are just two of the Floribbean dishes you'll want to try. Even the key lime pie here lays a claim to being Floribbean. For meals that take you around the world without leaving your seat, it's the perfect finish.
