- JJonNew Mexico •8 reviews5.0Dined todayI seldom click on the fifth star, but our visit to Geronimo was so outstanding in every way that I couldn't stop myself. From the moment of entering the door, the staff was quietly and confidently helpful. We were immediately escorted to our table in a lovely, uncrowded (and quiet) room. Our waiters were knowledgeable and helpful with menu choices, accommodating special dietary needs and generally taking care of us. Finally and not least, the food was splendid with a number of innovative dishes along with several old favorites -- selecting just one entree was not easy. Overall it was a delightful experience, and one we hope to repeat before long.More infoGeronimoPrice: Very Expensive• Fusion / Eclectic• Santa Fe•4.9
- SScottSouthwest Florida •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThanksgiving feast was awesome. Turkey and sides were delicious. Gabriel was our server. He was attentive and fun to converse with. He spoiled us! Starters, main course, and desert were the best. I walked by the kitchen and applauded them for the great job. Every restaurant should require their STAFF'S to watch "The Bear" on HULU. It is raising the populations expectations of fine dining and may certainly help establishments raise their own bars. Stay ahead of the curve. LOLMore infoRed Sage RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Santa Fe•4.2
- RRebeccaNew Mexico •5 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoIzanami did a great job on Thanksgiving Day! They took excellent care of us during our visit. My reason for the 4 stars for the food was because the pork was a bit dry and the cranberry sauce was too tart. But…the star of the day was the GF apple-ginger pie. The crust was divine. If the chef would give us the recipe, we would be so very appreciative! Overall, an excellent visit as always!More infoIzanamiPrice: Expensive• Creative Japanese• Santa Fe•4.8
- JJamiePhoenix / Arizona •3 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoSanta Cafe provided us a warm and memorable Thanksgiving experience!! Our original plans were unexpectedly re-routed due to over two foot of snow in Telluride. Santa cafe was an unexpected and amazing surprise with the most savory and delicious food anyone could ever imagine and their staff giving up their Thanksgiving day to make ours special. Many thanks to all of you…and your hospitality, much appreciated! My husband enjoyed the calamari and I enjoyed the pillowy, pumpkin ravioli. This followed by the filet on celery root puree with scalloped stacked potato and herb side dish. I enjoyed the amazing bone in chop with some sort of pearl pasta in the most amazing wine reduction sauce! Waiter, somalier, stopped by and then the manager with a gift, it was a jar of hot rum mixture to take home and a sample at the table. It was delicious! Thank you for such a memorable experience!More infoSantacafePrice: Moderate• American• Santa Fe•4.7

Discover Las Vegas
The other Las Vegas – the one in New Mexico – is a small, charming city with an accent on southwestern cuisine. Restaurants are clustered in a few areas. In the western part of town, in the stretch along National Ave. between 12th St. and S. Pacific St., you’ll find a number of good selections including Italian / pizza and Mexican / southwestern restaurants. Along Grand Ave. and off some of its intersecting streets, there’s a variety of American and diner / café places. The place to go for fast food is 7th St. near Mills Ave., with a good number of the most popular chains available. Other options in town include steakhouse fare and Vietnamese / Asian. The area is great for picnics, so consider grabbing food to-go for a day of exploring.
