La estructura del restaurante está hecha en base a la antigua central de trenes de nueva york, es por eso, la arquitectura en metal y madera. Nuestros olivos tienen una edad promedio de noventa años y fueron traídos del estado de Guanajuato. Abrimos el día 2 de enero del 2015, llevamos 8 años y esperamos con su apoyo seguir muchos años más.
