We love this place due to not only the food, but the ambience and the service is friendly.More infoFirepit Restaurant at The CavePrice: Very Expensive• Pan-Asian• Canterbury•4.7
- BBernadetteKent •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWelcoming, warm on a freezing cold day, excellent staff from cloakroom to front of house. Attentive, but not overbearing. Made us feel very special. Food appealed to all 4 of us and was enjoyed. Relaxing, not rushed. Overall, a great experience and can’t wait to go back.More infoThe Ivy, CanterburyPrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• Canterbury•4.2
- WWilliamKent •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoThe host who seated us was very informative with suggestion about the portion sizes and menu options. Our waitress was great my drink was always topped up and checked with us and the beginning and end of our main meal and dessert. We had the fondue for 2 which, whilst very overpriced, was amazing with the fire to roast the marshmallow and the chocolate dip for the fruit was out of this world. The honey butter boneless chicken and chips both cooked with MSG were the best I’d ever tasted. - LLizKent •1 review5.0Dined on 13 Nov 2024Lovely country pub and great food. The best part of this experience is the menu being entirely gluten free. Such a relief not having to hunt through the menu and ask lots of questions before finding something I can eat. And for the gluten eaters out there don’t be put off. If you didn’t know beforehand that all the dishes are gluten free, you still wouldn’t know when you’ve finished eating. Lots of choice, very tasty, definitely recommended!More infoThe Red LionPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Faversham•4.8
