Wonderfully comfortable salon under stunning and enormously valuable Ai Weiwei chandelier. Arrive by boat or quiet discrete front entrance. Stay for the 5pm sabre opening of champagne to mark the transition of day to evening at the St Regis. It’s great fun. From the appetizers of wings, spicy shrimp, and nachos then to our entrees of ribs, salmon noodle bowl, and classic burgers, we were stuffed. The portions were big that we couldn't finish our entrée. There was never ending refills coming our way as well.
