The middle/main course had 2 small pieces of Dear (thigh) and some Dear-ragout/goulash. Although quality was as i mentioned outstanding, a third piece of meat and a bit more ragout/goulash would be much apprecitaten. Must say; pricewise unbeatable!! Excellent value for money Staff/personnel had a high standard of service, however time between courses was too short. Quests are more at ease at a slower pace of dining.
