- TTimVIPDenver / Colorado •52 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoChasing Rabbits was our choice for my wife's birthday and what a great choice it was ! The quality and presentation of our appetizers and entrees was simply top shelf. What a pleasure it was to dine where the kitchen is so creative. DO NOT mis the buttermilk ricotta! It's an appetizer, but I could have enjoyed it for dessert. Service was attentive and professional but not overbearing. Ambiance was mixed. Chasing Rabbit's decor was very attractive. only concerns: you;d men please remove their hats? And the music was just a bit loud. All in all a wonderful and memorable evening!More infoThe Restaurant at Chasing Rabbits VailPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Vail•4.6

This town's reputation as a flourishing destination for skiers brings a surprising amount of variety to the area.
