- KKristiSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoFood was delicious! Kids were happy, grandparents were happy! Staff was friendly. Decor was really nice, quality tables and chairs and beautiful space. The only thing we don’t like is that you have to leave your table and stand in line to order and pay. It’s really takes away from the experience because one person has to leave the conversation etc, and when I go out for dinner I just want to relax and not have to stand in line. That said we have been twice and it’s not really deterring us from going, we just wish they would change that aspect!More infoMattone Italian KitchenPrice: Expensive• Italian• Campbell River•4

- KKarenToronto / Ontario •5 reviews5.0Dined on 8 Dec 2024A lovely and delicious meal where the stars of the show are as much the vegetables and starches (pasta, breads and potatoes) as the well prepared and carefully selected meats that complement them. We enjoyed the dips with bread as an appetizer, a fantastic soup and then the gnocchi with asparagus and mushrooms in a pesto sauce to die for. The braised short ribs fell off the bone and melted in your mouth. The crème brûlée had a hint of coconut flavour is a smooth silky custard and the perfect crunch of burnt sugar on top. Great to find this high quality of food in a small community like Campbell River. It was pulled together in a charming ambience and exceptional table service. Even though there was a Christmas gathering at one end of the restaurant our table was quiet for conversation and the evening was extremely enjoyable.More infoMerakiPrice: Moderate• Modern European• Campbell River•4.9
