    Absolutely the best restaurant in the valley. Cozy and sophisticated atmosphere. On spot service and most delicious salmon I have had recently. Restaurant fills up quickly so enjoy a reservation.     Edge Steakhouse is a wonderful dining experience! We went to Edge for our 2nd time to celebrate my husband’s 66th birthday and we’re not disappointed one bit! The hostess allowed us to select our table and once seated our celebration commenced! A welcome smoked rye “shot” started us off. My husband chose the Mozzerella Cheese Stick for his appetizer and I had the Edge Wedge. We were provided an Amuse Bouche and then our entrees arrived. My husband had the Prime Tenderloin of Beef accompanied by Pureed Potatoes. I had the Pork Chop accompanied by mushrooms. Both meals were cooked perfectly for our tastes and the service was attentive but not fussy. Our server, Roberto, and an assistant were very friendly and went beyond expectations in their service. The setting is marvelous. Edge is perched on the mountainside with steep slopes below and the Ritz Carlton Rancho Mirage located behind… we were on the Edge of the World with a perfect dining experience!
