The Hummingbird cocktail was a showstopper, with shaved cotton candy adding a fun sweet twist, while the Old Fashioned was expertly crafted and perfectly balanced. For our mains, the Wagyu steaks were cooked to absolute perfection—medium rare, tender, and packed with flavor. The truffle butter on the side was a perfect complement. Our sides of Brussels sprouts were a tasty surprise with candied bacon bits, crispy and full of taste, while the truffle fries were the perfect balance of rich and savory. We finished with the Butter Cake dessert, which was rich and decadent, the perfect end to a flawless meal. Absolutely fantastic dining experience at the Eldo Chop House!
